Founded in 1987, Airflow Systems began as a dedicated manufacturer of aircraft heat exchangers. From day one, our mission has been to deliver products that lead the industry in both value and performance — and we’ve done that by making data the heart of our design process.

Every product we create is backed by extensive testing before it ever reaches the market. That means our designs aren’t just copies of existing parts — they’re optimized, refined, and built to perform.

We first put this philosophy into action over 30 years ago with our FAA-approved intercoolers for certified aircraft. That deep testing process not only validated our approach — it helped us earn multiple FAA approvals for what became the most efficient retrofit intercoolers on the market.

Today, we apply that same proven process across a growing product line for both certified and experimental aircraft, as well as motorsports applications. And with a focus on expert customer support, we aim to deliver not just high-performance parts, but a better overall experience.
